  • Looking Stationery availability, Issuance & Order & Maintaining Stock Register.
  • Submission of all Invoices, Bills to Finance after proper vetting & ensuring timely payment to Vendors.
  • Cafeteria, Tuck Shop, food & beverages Management.
  • Aligning weekly job schedule of Team Resources including outsourced staff.
  • Responsible for all HVAC within the office facility.
  • Event Management as per requirement and in coordination with HR Team.
